We have here a big difference of quality, Bihor is a very good team from 2 division and they want promotion and also want to be competitive in cup for the money and for possible team from first division to play against

A game between two teams from Bucharest, Progresul is a team from 3 division and Metalogbus are relegated last year from first division, they are the team with more experience and mor quality in the squad, on the other side Progresul have played last game against 4 division team. In cup games in Romania everything is possible but I think Metaloglobus will cover de handicap.
